We changed our network from Novel to W2K which changed our
file file path names. How can I update the path names to
my hperlinks in Access 97 to the new path names other than
editing each individual link? I have over 1,000
hyperlinks references to Word douments.

Use an Update query to update all the rows at once. Update is on the Query
menu in design view.

If the address appears twice (address and display), use HyperLinkPart() to
parse the value, and rebuild it.
