Error log file location

Hi,

When I migrate data from Access to SQL SERVER, some rows aren't migrated.
So, the details tell me to see the error log for more details, but i don't
find the location of this file ...

So anyone can help me ?

A wee bit more information...

What version of Access and SQL Server? How are you migrating, what steps
are you taking? Have you been able to identify the rows or did you mean
columns? As for the location of the error file... the name of the file
usually shows at the top, did you search your hard drive?

Thank you for your reply but i've found the log file. Its location is :
C:\Documents and Settings\myUser\Application Data\Microsoft SQL Server
Migration Assistant\a2ss\log\ssma.log

I don't understand why the path is so complicated but finally i've found it...

Sorry, but i haven't specify that i'm using SQL Server Migation Assistant
2005.

I have the same issue and I also located the log file but it does not contain
specific row id numbers or other identifying info that will let me determine
which specific records were not migrated.

Try placing a link in your database to the table and run a comparison that
way.
