Page setup for report design

Hi all,

I work as a contractor supporting a large Access
application that tracks credentialing information
for hospitals. I ran across a very perplexing
problem today. One of the users that I support
has a report that needs to be printed out on
letterhead and currently it prints out (for her)
on plain paper. All the other users have this
report printing out on letterhead and it is
working fine. When I went into the report design
and changed the tray option to the one printing
the letterhead, all the other users were now
printing on the plain paper. When I changed it
back the first lady was again printing on plain
paper and everyone else was back to letterhead.

I suppose it would be too simple for her just to have her trays reversed?
