Continuous HTML reports

Can anyone tell me how to generate a HTML report which isn't broken down
into individual pages? I need to send the report via mail and the links
between pages do not work unless the pages are copied out of the mail
message and into there own directory.

A Snapshot is the ideal solution and I will use it by default but not all
recipients have Windows based systems.
