I am having a MS Access 2003 DB (FE) in my server and about 20 users are
connected and working with there own FE application (MDE). Recently my
company lounched a branch and I need to give access to those users also to
the same DB. If I am thinking to do this with MS SQL Server and Citrix, what
are the steps should I follow ? I have not any adea of WAN systems. Can
anybody guide me please.

Why are you posting this in a newsgroup devoted to Jet replication?
The scenario you describe doesn't need replication at all, and is
the preferred scenario for giving remote access to an Access
application. You run Windows Terminal Server (or Citrix) in one
office and have everybody run the app on the Terminal Server. You
have one back-end data file and no replication issues. And no reason
to upsize to SQL Server (unless you need to do so to support a
larger user population).
