Cannot create replica from master

After synchronizing a replica with the design master I am unable to
create new replicas.

After it appears to create the replica I get the following message

"Microsoft Access cannot make an additional replica at
H:\.....Master_log.mdb

The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to
add. Try inserting or pasting less data."

Does anyone have any suggestions???

This error usually point towars some form of corruption in the replica that
gives the error.
