Syncronising replica to replica

Hi,

I an due to make my database replicated so my sales team can make the best
use of our data. At present I have 2 sales people who will be running
replicated BE'd on their laptops. They will come and sync with the design
master regularly, however, will they be able to sync with each other without
data corruption?

Depends on what you mean by "synch with eacht other."

If you mean synch laptop-to-laptop, the remote replica has to be in
a shared folder, but with a wired LAN (not WiFi at all), that should
be fine.

You also say you synch with the DM. That is not advisable, as it
should never be used for day-to-day production editing or synching
because of its special status. See the Jet Replication Wiki's Best
