running application on computer without Access

I have created a C++ application that querys and stores data in an
access database.
If I install my application on a computer without access and move the
database file onto that computer can I still query and store data into
the access database file through ODBC?

Oh hi there!!! i have no idea if what you say it true. what I do know as a computer literate is that usually it should work. "should" is the underlined words. but, it is always a good measure to look out for bugs though.
