Concurrent access to mdb with access runtime 97

Hello,

we have a old access 97 application and half a dozen clients that use it
concurrently. Since a few days when we start the app on one client with
access runtime it tells us, that the mdb is already open and ca not be
opened. When this client starts as first all the others can open the mdb
concurently.

Can anyone tell me what's the reason for this strange behaviour ?

It depends on her file permissions. Check what permissions she
has to the folder.
