Macros help with MS Word 2003

I don't know what macros is...what is it? I keep getting a pop-up window
that says " c:\Program Files\Google Desktop Search\Google Desktop Office.dll
" with three options Enable Macros, Disable Macros, or For More Information.
I click on Disable or Disable and another window pops up, " c:\ Program
Files\My Web Search\ bar\l.bin.dll" contains macros " with the same 3
options. When I click on Enable or Disable, another window pops up
"Microsoft Office Word has not been installed for the current user. Please
run setup to install the application" follwed with an "ok" button. I click
"ok" and the whole program closes.
