I can open my emails recieved but express cannot open further.
message, w express cannot open web page.? domain server down.
Any help please

When you say Windows Express, do you mean Outlook Express? If so, I suggest
you ask this question on micosoft.public.outlookexpress.general. It is a
far more active board and you would have your answer in minutes rather than
days.
