When I open Internet Explorer my opening page opens normally, however there
is always another page that opens and I can never get rid of it permanently.
It is published by an advertising company, the page change from time to
time. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this. I have a good Firewall
(AVG) but it does not block it.

Click on tools in the menu on ie put your cursor on popup blocker and if it
says turn on popup blocker click on that button and it shouldn't popup again
says turn on popup blocker click on that button and it shouldn't popup again

try using avg to scan for ''adware''(a type of spyware).
