Import/Export to/from an active table

We have a simple Access table set up that reads & writes records from our
ERP solution.

There are also a couple of dozen users that are logged into that table for
read-only queries.

We are switching ERP solutions and the new one doesn't speak 'Access'
directly, so we'll need to import & export delimited files to update the
table.

How can we do this while folks are viewing it - or will it work as long as
they are read-only and the process isn't?
