Import Failure

Help? In my position I need to import excel spreadsheets into an
existing database table daily. Until mid-last week this wasn't an
issue. Now, when I attempt to import the information I get the
following error:

An Error occurred trying to import file
'O:\\Subfolder\Subfolder\File.xls' The file was not imported.

I look for an import error table to try and determine the issue and
there is not one. I've checked that all of the headers are the same.
The data in the Excel sheet has not changed formats from one day to the
next. I am stuck and do not know where to turn. Any information or
assistance would be highly appreciated.
