Automatically Editing a Hyperlink Data Type

By default, if you import a UNC path to a file using Microsoft Access (2016) Hyperlink Data Type, it puts it into the "Text to display" and leaves the Address blank! But it works like a Hyperlink should.
I am trying to find a way to populate the property 'Address' with what's in "Text to Display" and then replace "Text to Display" with a different value, like that of another column.
Any help greatly appreciated!
