Getting CommitOnClose error after creating mde

Finally finished my database only to get: "You entered an expression that has
an invalid reference to the property CommitOnClose." Whenever I open the mde
verson of it.

Runs fine as an mdb but I really need to distribute as mde
I assume a setting in 2003, although designed, saved and converted to .mde in
2000.
I cannot seem to find how to change this property setting anywhere.
