Hey I got a school IT project and encourtered this problem hope you all can
help me :)

I have completed my form, query and report le. But problem is, if I want to
show a report that tells the users there is no records found, how am I
support to do it? Currently my report only shows all results regardless of
what, including blank report if there is no record.

The suggestions provided should be as simple as possbile as non-sql users
here who know only a bit. A help is greatly appreciated thanks!

thanks for being honest that this is a school project, we appreciate it. to
point you in the right direction without giving you the answer - so you can
claim the solution as your own work - suggest you read up on the OnNoData
Property topic in Access Help.
