Form Link

First of all i like to know if the function of linking Forms has change in
office 2007.
if not then i most be doing something wrong.

I would like to know how to link from my customer form to link via Botton to
Order form to show the current customer ID. The problem is that when I try to
link the customer form to the order form it only shows the last lets say AB
customer Id. but when I go back and change record to LA customer ID and click
botton to links to the order form, still shows the AB customer Id.
