Is it possible to view a web page inside of MS Access?
For example if you have a form with a hyperlink, instead
of opening up IE to view the web site, could you view
inside it inside Access? I guess this feature would be
similar to Outlook's ability to view a web page from
inside the application. Any ideas?

No, you need a browser to view a web page.
You might try using the browser ActiveX control
on an access form. I've never used it though.
