I have a customer table that has a drop down menu for each of Organization,
Subspecialty and Detail. I have created a form from this table. The form
works good except for the Detail. On this part when I fill out the form, the
drop down list for detail is blank and if I change the bound column, I get
numbers only - not the wording. Is there a rule for tying tables to forms?
The Organization has a One to many relationship with Subspecialy and the
Subspecialty has a one to many relationship with Detail. The Organization
has a one to many relationship with Customers.

Open form in design view, right click on the dropdown, scroll down to select
properties.
