Login Forms / looking for Mr.Jeff Conrad :-)

Hi,

I have a deadline to develop an Access application by tomorrow night. I
was looking for sample code for a login form provide
user/password/acess level and came across this

It would save me a lot of time to meet the deadline if I could get the
zip file (MS 200 version) from Mr.Jeff Conrad.
