Hi

1.
Please help! I would like to know if there is a way of fixing the column
width so that the user cannot not change them? If so how?

2.
I also have subform that is displayed as a datasheet. When the user tabs to
the right most column Access will shift the column so that the User cannot
see columns on the left hand side. Again how can one prevent this?

Thankin g you in advance

Themba,
I never use Datasheet view for a subform. I create continuous form
subforms that can look just like a datasheet view, but give me control over
color, column widths, etc. that are not available in datasheet view.
However, in Datasheet view, you should be able to right click the subform
and "Freeze" the contiguous columns you need to see on the left... as you
travel to the extreme right.
If you can't show all the info you need to see on the left while all the
way to the right, then you're form is just too wide.
Hopefully Freeze Columns will do it for you.
