Is there a way to import a superbase database (.sbf)? The file type doesn't
appear in the import list. I have a run time database that I want to
migrate to access and hence have no options to export the stored data to
text files or any format that is listed. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

Superbase does have an ODBC driver so its data can be read by
other things. But I guess you won't want to purchase something
else. So.....

If you still have your Superbase engine, export the data to
(depends on your version of Superbase, could even be to Access
with a later version, but all versions will export to EXCEL) and
then use Access to read it back

If you do not have your SB engine any longer then:

Provided you can cover me legally then I will attempt to do the
export import for you. (What I mean by 'legally' is that I will
need a signed document telling me to make the conversion from
Superbase to Access version? and guaranteeing to me that you
have the right to access this data - sorry to be a bit blunt
here but I have to cover myself, in the past I have been asked
to convert data that was stolen from a company)

So... send me a letter/send me the data (use my compuserve
address for files please) and I will process if I can ASAP

PS... do I recognise your name from my past as an SB Support
person?

Using Superbase 3.5 - legacy app was opening Excel versions prior to Excel 2013 - modified link6.ini file so that spath function would point to new Excel versions path and will not work - any ideas?

Hi JohnB!

Do you have still the possibility to convert superbase-Database-Files to Excel?
Or do you know where I can download the ODBC-driver for that?
We should migrate an very old software product and we found no solution to convert the files.
