I downloaded the A2KMinSetup files and in the knowledgebase article (243957)
it says "When you want to create a package that uses the Access 2000
Run-Time Minimum, point to the folder that the files were expanded into".

How do I do that? I am trying to create a runtime package using the Package
and Deployment Wizard that doesn't have I.E. 5 included.
