I need to:

Install Access 95 on Windows XP. How?


I also need to:

Use the Access 97 ODE Setup program on Windows XP. How?

if you install each version one by one (95,97,2000) and in diffrenet
folders - you can use all of them on same PC
Same for ODE. but pls dont forget to update it with latest patches (see MS
KB)

Has anyone actually done what I am asking? I get nothing but error messages
during the install process of both. In the case of ODE it says "This
program will not work on this version of Windows" and that is AFTER I
applied the ODE SR patch.

Great. Now can you make a Run-Time installation, and install that on
another XP machine that has no Access at all? How about if that PC is XP
Home?

Hmm, not sure it will work. and can't test either
but if you what to distribute access 97 runtime - i suggest you to look at
sagekey wise scripts.
this works on XP, i tried
