I distributed an mde file, version accessxp, windows xp service pack
3, access runtime 2002 w/art2002 patch. There are 20 computers at the
location. 18 computers launch correctly, with the toolbar docked at
the top of the screen, just as I set it in the master mdb file before
creating the mde file. PROBLEM: One computer launches with the toolbar
docked on the bottom, and one computer launches with the toolbar
docked on the left side. Hardware looks to be the same as other
computers that are working fine.

My mde has a custom toolbar called LP. Before distributing, I set the
properties of LP as follows:
Type: menu bar
Docking: Can't change
All the following options unchecked: show on toolbars menu, allow
customizing, allow resizing, allow moving allow show/hiding
If I temporarily allow moving on these 2 computers, and move the
toolbar to the top, when I close and re-launch, the toolbar goes back
to the side or bottom.
