Hello,

To get your full menus back, just start up Microsoft Access 2003 and press
CTRL-G. This will put you into the Immediate window. Once there, type the
following command and press ENTER:

Application.CommandBars("Menu Bar").Enabled=TRUE

Then press ALT-F4 twice (you'll exit out of Access). Restart Access and
everything should be fine.
