I encountered the same problem, with the same symptom, which some images
displayed correctly and some displayed the same image as an icon, with the
file
name below. I found the source of the problem is whenever uploading the image
with a system that has Adobe Photoshop installed, the image would become and
display as an icon on any systems. When I upload an image, to the same
database,
from a system with no Photoshop installed, the image would display correctly
on
any systems.
Hope Adobe would fix this problem in the future or provide a solution for this
concern, while helping others encountering the same problem.
