Row Source in Make Table Form

I have a form that is performing a Make Table function. I have a field
called Internal ID that has the following Row Source code:

SELECT tbl_User_Active.User_Name, tbl_User_Active.User_Internal_ID FROM
tbl_User_Active;

The field populates fine on the form but doesn't populate the table. I
can't figure out where the code needs to be changed in order to facilitate
this function.

Please let me know what other information I need to provide to resolve this
item.
