converting excel 97 to access 2.0

I desperately need help converting an excel97 file to access 2.0 Please

Since you are going down in versions, you will probably have to create a comma
delimited file to export to Access. You will not be able to use an Excel 97
file in Access 2.0 , it doesn't know what that is. You may also try to create
a txt file and creat a import/export setup (I think thats what its called) its
on the File menu in Access 2.0. I hope this helps you.

1) Save your Excel97 file in Excel5 format.

2) Import this Excel5 file into Access2
