Import/Export ACCESS-BTRIEVE

Dear all,

Is it possible to import (or link) data from BTRIEVE into an ACCESS database
? And is it possible to export data from ACCESS into BTRIEVE ?

If yes, can someone tell me how to do it ?

We have a NetWare 3.12 file server, running Btrieve 6.10c for SunSystems
accounting package and ARCserve. Using Access 2, I am able to attach to and
extract data from the ARCserve database. From Access 97 I can attach to the
Access 2 database containing the extracted data. I have not attempted to
move data from Access to Btrieve. (Move data into a backup process by a
non-standard unsupported means? not this little black duck)

I understand it is possible to do this directly from Access 95 or 97, but
that the "glue" for this has to be purchased seperately, (from whoever owns
Btrieve now) rather than coming with Access, as it did for Access 2. We do
not have the cost/price justification for doing that, so will continue with
the current situation, until the NetWare 3.12 system gets retired later this
year.
