Lost toolbar command

Hi,

I accidentally removed an option from the toolbar while
trying to move it somewhere else. How do I get it back?

I tried to move the Format-Horizontal spacing - Increase
control to the toolbar. I lost it and now can't find it.

Hi Marc

Right-click any menu or toolbar, then on the "Toolbars" tab, click on "Menu
Bar" in the list and click on "Reset...".

If you remember to hold down the Ctrl key while dragging controls from one
menu/toolbar to another then you will be copying instead of moving, and this
will minimize the chance of losing them.
