I presume that after all this time you found your answer. However, I thought
it
useful to post my found solution to the same issue. After not using the Time
and
Billing setup for awhile, I had the same issue that you posted. It was like
the
twilight zone, as what was previously working did not now work. Here is what I
discovered, which you perhaps did as well:
You need to open the Project Details form by clicking on the hyperlink in the
form Project List (in ID Column). In this manner the correct project data is
collected for the invoice. By the way, if the Project Details is opened in
this
manner (instead of double clicking on the form in the Navigation Bar) you can
also go to other projects in the form, and the Invoice report will perform
correctly.
P.S. even if you found the answer, perhaps others who google for a solution
will
find this.
