Dying to Find an Access Developer

I am frustrated - and being veteran of several start ups I can't
believe finding an ACCESS expert is so hard; sure ORACLE or SQL Server
Developers are ubiquitous ... but that's not what this start up needs.
Anyone able to refer anyone to me?
