Where may I find samples, examples and different way to format fields in an
MDB file to do thing like; capitalize all first letters in a field (as in a
company name).

When doing a mail merge using Access as the data source and Word for the
merge, I am having a hard time displaying things like a phone number in the
same manner as it is in the data file. I have a filed mask in the data
field, that converts a phone number from entering, "2125551212" to being
displayed in the field as, "212-555-1212". When I merge the data from the
Access file to the Word file, the displayed data reverts to "2125551212".
This necessitates me to manually enter the "-" into the proper positions.
