I'm printing a mailing list and I have my report compiled and set to
print. I've come across a problem though. All the spaces between fields are
missing. Names are run together and the city and state are one word, New
YorkNY. Not real legible. Does anyone have any hints on the coding I should
use to add spaces and commas to this?
An example line would be this =Trim([CITY]) & ([STATE]) comes out as
New YorkNY I need it to come out as New York(comma and 2 spaces) NY and I
also need to add spaces between names, first and last.
Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

=Trim([CITY] & ", " & [STATE])
(That's comma, space, space between the double quotes)
Note, too, that the entire string [CITY] & ", " & [STATE] is all contained
within the same pair of parentheses.
