1.The pc itself had the controls install as when I open it from 1 application
it indicate it exists.
2.But second application I tried to open the controls, it doesn't seems to
exists in design view.
3.Do I need to set anything ?

What did it come with? Do you have the rights to use it as a developer
and to redistribute it? There are free alternatives that don't
require a control and the distribution hassles.

Your response is appreciate, but it is the policies not to download any
freeware, needless to say to purchase barcode font for this purpose will not
be approve.
