Hi,

I have a query that has a field called AOS (Arrived on Site) that shows a date that an item was delivered to site. If there is no date then the item has not yet arrived.
I want to create a field called Status that looks in the AOS field and returns "On Site" if there is a date and "Not on site" if there is no date.
In Excel I would use the IF function but not sure how to proceed in Access.

Can this be done and what would my formula look like?

Thanks very much for any help.

Dave
