To shut down Wsindows Vista you need to have a
padlock symbol, which you click on and then it gives you several options
including shut down. Can we not change the symbol for shut down the
Computer?

cercano estaremos todos comodamente habituados, tengan paciencia y no se
desesperen, les sugiero recurran al servicio tecnico de vuestra maquina y/o
al fabricante, exigiendo les envien instructivos por escrito via mail y
luego lo imprimen.
