Microsoft has a article on how to get outlook express up and running if you
are a new user. You can find it over at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/oe/setup.mspx. Oh and
also, you need a e-mail account that supports POP/SMTP/IMAP/or HTTP. Usually
the e-mail service you are using will have instructions that can help you
configure outlook express and get started. So just search for it on the
internet and you should be able to find it.
