profiles and citrix with alternate mailbox

I am trying to setup an alternate mailbox in the mailbox properties of the
exchange server for my citrix users and it wont let me do it. When i select
exchange server properties and then click on advanced and then click on add
to open additonal mailboxes i get the error "The name could not be resolved.
The action could not be completed". This only happens when i am inside
citrix and it only happens to every user other than the administrator. It
doesnt matter if the user is in the domain admins group or not, they still
get the error in citrix. It works fine on their workstation, because i have
set the appropriate permissions in the exchange administrator program for
them to use the alternate mailbox. We have roaming profiles enabled and
policy for the citrix machine enabled. Would there be a place in the policy
for me to check to make sure that policy isnt what is causing this? I sure
would like to fix this because i am having to setup alternate recipients now
so that the users can see the email sent to the other mailbox that they need
access to.
