Disappearing server

Win 95 & Win 98 peer network. Wanted to make a Win 98 computer a
server, changed configuration to share resources, but other computers
could not see it in network neighborhood, or find it using find. Did
net diag, was able to communicate fine. Ended up changing the computer
name under identification, and then after reboot everyone could see it
fine. Shared resources and away we go. But a few days later the other
computers can't see it again - it keeps disappearing!?
