Hi:

Thanks for replying. Apprecitaed.

The Winipcfg reported no error. The network card is Intel Pro 100.
Client 32 is being used. Novell is the main server and NT Exchange
server is used for email and Internet.

We have removed all network protocol and client, reinstall from
scratch as far as the network portion is concern and still getting the
error. The client can login on the Novell seerver fine, but not NT
server. We tried to do an ping and ended up with the protocol stack
error. The client can also access the internet. Win95 OSR2 is the OS.

This whole mess started when we ghosted the workstation from another
functional workstation. The functional workstation pings fine, no
error.

Thanks for the help.

If possible, please let us know the exact error that is being seen when Winipcfg is ran, as well as what network components you have installed. For instance, the network adapter, installed protocols, type of client etc. Once we have this information we should have no problem getting to the bottom of the problem.
