ie5 Content Advisor - Missing Information

Hi,

When running IE we receive a message stating that the content advisor
is missing information and that we should go to the tools menu to enter
it. We then go to the menu, enter the information, apply and save it and
the next time we go into IE, or when we go to a different page we
receive the same message. We have tried to reinstall with no success.
Help, how do we get IE to save the information, or disable Content
advisor?
