Creating Public and Private Newsgroups

Hello,

I am new to the world of newsgroups and I have been elected to setup and
administer internal newsgroups. I am running NT4.0 Sp6a and IIS4. I can
create public groups without problems, I can't find any helpful information
on creating a mixture of public and private.
