Multiple charsets on one server. Imposible?

Hello!
I have a hard trouble! We build multilanguage site. Russian, Polish,
english...
1251, 1250, 1252 charsets. On one machine. I default charset is russian.
Server use SSI.
Ok. Its work on russian and english pages. But when i try to use polish
content i have "asp do not support unicode" error, if i use ASP, and not
handled include, when i use shtm...
Any ideas? Any work arround?
