Disable Cache - Proxy and IE

Hi,
We work with Web development and the Browser and Proxy Caches drive us
crasy!
Is there a way to completely disable ANY kind of cache in the proxy
server and IE4.0/5.0?
I think the worst problems is with the IE, but we never know where the
problem is.
Is ther any registry key we can enable/disable?
