I was wondering if anyone can help me, I have exchange server 5.5 and we
have about 25 clients running! for some reason any autoforward rule (on any
client, + it is a server side rule) will not work.
It works fine if we use someone in the local address book, but when it is an
external address it seems not to send it.
Please can anyone shed any light on this situation
Cheers

You've disabled "Automatic replies to the internet" on the IMS (which
is a "good thing"<tm>).
To prevent automatic replies while allowing automated forwarding, read
these MS KB articles:
XFOR: Internet Mail Service Does Not Allow Auto Forwarded Msgs
[Q192982]
XFOR: Automatic Replies to SMTP Reports Disallowed [Q216161]
