What you can do is run an ISINTEG -FIX on your private info store. If
there are problems with reference counters and pointers this should fix
it.

I'd suggest making a backup of the server before running this. Also
when
you run this the store has to be shut down so no users can connect.

two users on our systems have a ton of items in relation to their
mailbox . One has over 6000 items , but when you look in his mailbox he
has maybe 100 emails , 40 send , 20 deletes and afew various things ,
certainly not 6000. NT small business server 4.5 and the only thing I
can figure is different about these two users is the fact that they both
use the appt reminder extensively and keep hitting the snooze button to
go make them go away . I didn't know if exchange kept a database on how
many times you hit the snooze button. thanks, Eddie
