Inbox query

Is this only affecting the one user account? There may be pointers to
previously deleted items in the store. If this is the case you can delete
and recreate the mailbox or you can take the store offline and run a series
of utilities to try and correct the problem. If at all possible I would
recommend you just recreate the mailbox.
